You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Just drop us a line at [email protected], and we’ll take it from there.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email)
Please do not send anything back without contacting us first, as we can’t process unannounced returns.
